A Creative Director with 17 years experience, I love to get to heart of a brand then create from the inside-out. Specialising in-house in beauty, fashion and lifestyle, I build high performing and skilled creative teams and own creative strategy from product through to campaign and content. 

Currently Head of Creative at Skincare specialists The Rodial Group, I lead the creative direction of all touch points for two brands – premium beauty brand, Rodial, and younger, mass-market beauty brand, Nip and Fab.

Alongside this I art direct regular fashion and beauty editorials and create exciting and engaging content for various brands, purely because it's my passion as well as my vocation.

Whilst I have managed and mentored teams for many years, I am still very much a hands on designer and art director. Originally trained in graphic design, I developed my love for art directing and shoot production throughout my career, giving me 360 expertise of all areas of brand creative across multiple platforms.

I pride myself on my work ethic and attitude, and along the way I’ve been lucky enough to build an amazing network of similar minded and talented people, giving me access to some of the best photographers, stylists, make up artists, production and talent in London.

I have extensive experience managing teams of diverse personalities in deadline-driven environments, leading cross-functional team collaboration and encouraging design-led thinking within a wider business.
